On your confirmed party date, we arrive with your reserved tents and accessories during the scheduled delivery window. Depending on the number of tents, set-up takes about 90 minutes. We set up everything before your first guest arrives. We then return the next morning as scheduled to pick up everything. It's as simple as that - no assembly, no lifting, no laundry...no hassle or stress!
Fill out the Book Now form online. We will then contact you to book your party. An invoice will be emailed to you, as well as your party contract. Your party will be booked when your deposit has been paid and the contract has been signed electronically. You may add teepees to your party, if available; however, they cannot be subtracted once the contract has been signed.
We accept Paypal or Venmo.
A non-refundable $100 deposit is required at time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full 14 days PRIOR to your event. Failure to pay 14 days prior will result in cancellation of your party. Your party is not booked until your deposit has been paid and the contract has been signed. You may add additional tents if they are available but they cannot be subtracted after the initial booking.
Rescheduling your event is preferred. Deposit becomes non-refundable if party is cancelled less than 30 days in advance.
We require a damage deposit to cover the cost of damaged, lost and/or broken items that are included in your package. Please make sure the kids do not use slime, nail polish, make-up, markers, paint, or eat messy foods or colored drinks around the tents. The damge deposit is $100. If no damages are confirmed, the security deposit will be refunded within 24 hours of checkout. Any lightly damaged (but still useable) or stained property will result in a $50 cleaning fee for each item. Any severely damaged, lost or stolen items will result in a fee equal to its replacement. If rental equipment is not available at time of pick-up, we reserve the right to charge for an additional night.
We do not stay, but we ensure everything is set up just as you need it. Typically, we pack your party with extra items should you need anything additional.
Our packages are one-night rentals. Each additional night (depending on availability) is $25 per night/per teepee.
Each teepee set up is approximately 4 feet wide by 75 inches long (to accommodate a twin air mattress). Remember to leave enough space for a walkway and safe sleeping.
We require that the designated party area be clean and cleared of furniture prior to the time of set up.
We do all the work! We will deliver, set up, and decorate, and pick everything up the following day. We will then have the linens laundered using free and clear detergent, and we will disinfect the remaining items.

Yes, we do not provide pillows to sleep on. We will provide a throw blanket and themed throw pillows, but do suggest guests have their own blanket and sleeping pillows for maximum comfort.
Our sheets, blankets, and pillowcases are laundered after every rental. All remaining items are wiped down with either disinfectant wipes or spray. All wipes and sprays have been recommended and approved per the CDC. Our teepees will be steamed and cleaned as necessary.
